Lake Bluff in the Springtime Part 2

It seems like everyone is so impatient for the weather to warm up... including the flowers. 

They're peeking up all around Lake Bluff (despite the lingering chilly temps -- high 30s at night!)

For my part, I am enjoying the cool, mild spring. But I do like seeing these pops of color around town.

I think this is going to be a peony.

We've also really been enjoying pre-and-post-dinner walks to the beach.

To Sunrise Beach we go!
